I’ve spent my whole career doing this work hands-on. Not managing teams, not quoting from an office — fitting bathrooms, solving problems on site, and making sure every detail is right before I leave.

Customers come back because they know what they’re getting. One person who turns up when they say they will, keeps the house clean, talks them through every decision, and doesn’t finish until the job is done properly. That’s how I’ve always worked, and it’s why most of my work comes from recommendations and repeat customers.
